Fresh milled hard white, hard red wheat, fresh milled ancient Khorasan wheat, water, local Wyoming honey, yeast, salt, avocado oil, sunflower lecithin and vital wheat gluten.

Rye berries and Hard White Wheat

Ingredients:
Fresh milled rye flour, fresh milled hard white wheat flour, water, Sucanat (evaporated cane juice), Avocado oil, yeast, salt, vital wheat gluten and caraway seeds.

Delivery is scheduled the day after bake day to allow proper cooling and ensure your loaf is at peak quality for slicing and enjoying.
