Custom Digital Design & File Release

This listing is for digital design services and/or file releases only.

No physical items will be shipped.

At Conceivable Creations, every design is created with intention and quality in mind — whether it’s built from scratch or released from a custom apparel order.

What You’re Purchasing:

 

 

 

Depending on your selection, this listing may include:

• A custom digital design created for you, or
• A file release of an existing design

 

All files are delivered as:

• High-resolution 300 DPI PNG files
• Transparent background (unless otherwise specified)

 

Optional Add-On:

• Vector file (SVG or equivalent) available for an additional charge

Delivery Details:

 

 

 

 

Once your design is completed:

 

• Files will be emailed to the address used at checkout (unless otherwise requested)
• Files will not include watermarks
• Mockups may include a “Do Not Copy” watermark overlay for design protection

Files containing multiple designs may be delivered in a zipped folder, which will need to be extracted to access contents.

 

 

 

Artwork Ownership & File Release:

All designs are created by Conceivable Creations, LLC and remain the intellectual property of Conceivable Creations unless a file release has been purchased.

If this purchase includes a file release:

• You are granted rights to use the design for personal or business use
• You may have the design printed with other vendors

 

Exclusive designs (if specified) are reserved solely for the purchaser and will not be resold.

 

 

File Use & Terms:

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

 

• Digital files may be used on physical products (apparel, tumblers, transfers, etc.)
• No commercial license is required for finished physical goods
• All shared images of the design (mockups or finished products) must include a watermark overlay to protect the artwork

 

You may NOT:

• Share, sell, or distribute the digital files in any format
• Upload files to file-sharing platforms, social media, or design groups
• Alter the design in any way (including color changes, edits, tracing, or modifications)
• Use designs for logo creation or branding purposes
• Resell any digital files created by Conceivable Creations, LLC

 

 

 

 

Sizing & File Handling

• You are responsible for sizing the file to fit your specific substrate
• Resizing may affect image quality if proportions are altered
• Conceivable Creations is not responsible for quality issues due to improper resizing or software use

 

Sizing assistance may be requested for an additional fee.

 

 

Important Notes

• Any misuse of digital files may result in revoked access to future purchases and potential legal action
• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges
