Purchase options cancellation
Everything we sell is made to order—printed or made after you purchase, not pulled from warehouse stock.
How to cancel
Email conceivablecreations@gmail.com as soon as possible. To cancel before we start your order, contact us at least 24 hours after placing it—and before production begins. Once production has started, we generally cannot cancel.
What we can cancel
If we have not started your order yet, we will cancel it and follow our Refund Policy for any refund or store credit.
What we cannot cancel
Custom and personalized items, and any order already in production or shipped, cannot be canceled. Custom and personalized items are not returnable.
